From Tokyo area: To Nagano Station via Hokuriku Shinkansen Line. Then take Hakuba-bound express bus to Tsugaike-Kogen bus stop (approx. 95 min. from Nagano Station).
From Nagoya area: To Matsumoto Station via Chuo Line. Then transfer to Oito Line to Minami Otari Station (approx. 115 min. from Matsumoto Station). Then take the local bus to Tsugaike kogen ( about 30min.).
From Tokyo area: To Nagano I.C. via Joshin'etsu Expressway. Then approx. 90 min. along prefectural road 31.
From Nagoya area: To Azumino I.C. via Nagano Expressway. Then approx. 90 min. along Route 148.

A 14-kilometer-long downhill course can be enjoyed beginning at Tenguhara (alt. 2,204m) to the foothills (alt. 800m). Enjoy either or both of the dynamic off-gelande courses or well-appointed powder-snow slopes.
